Paraclimbing London was founded in 2018 by Anoushé Husain to create a safe space and help remove barriers differently-abled people might have in accessing climbing in London.
Anyone with any disability or long term health condition, be it visible like a limb difference or less visible like cancer or mental health can join. We welcome all levels of climbers, especially those who have not tried the sport before and might be looking to try something new.
By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to meet other paraclimbers and find peer support.
We aim to run a couple of sessions a month at various walls across London. A huge thank you to VauxWall, HarroWall, Castle Climbing Centre and Westway Sports and Fitness for their support.
We’re also always on the look out for volunteers to help facilitate these sessions, so do get in touch if you would be able to support in this way.

Please note, this social initiative won’t provide formal coaching. If you are looking for that, we are happy to point you in the right direction.
